Inside Sales/Customer Success Representative - Tulsa, OK

We are looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Success Representative for our Tulsa, OK office.

Customer success is a critical component to ECAD’s mission of ensuring high customer satisfaction and our sales representatives are part of that mission. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our inside sales team in Tulsa, OK. At ECAD, we pride ourselves on delivering the absolute best customer experience. Our solutions aim to make the design process easy, and our team does the same by providing a refreshing experience to all of our customers. As an Inside Sales, you will aid in the company’s customer retention by ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services they are receiving. When issues or problems arise, the representative will address the issue in a timely and effective manner. They will connect the company products and services to the customer to maximize satisfaction. The job is to also ensure that customers renew their contracts when due, upsell into those accounts and prospect and sell into new accounts. The representative will value and proactively nurture business relationships with clients, with the goal of retention and loyalty to the organization.

This position will handle ECAD’s Autodesk customer accounts in the Tulsa, OK area. Autodesk is the industry leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software. This position will manage accounts in the mechanical design, civil design and architectural design industries.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to...
  • Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Pay attention to customer’s details and complaint
  • Act as liaison between customer and technical support
  • Renewal of customer contracts
  • Expand product and/or services sales into existing customer accounts
  • Achieve target customer retention
  • Achieve new sales targets
  • Intervene to customers at risk
  • Develop and implement a well-planned customer on-boarding
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with vendors to build pipeline and close deals
  • Ensure customer information and sales opportunities are current in CRM
